![]() ![]() We ate at the Tiki one night and waited easily 15 minutes or more before we had our order taken and that was only because we went up to the bar to do so. Lastly the bartenders are slower than slow both in making drinks and taking food orders. I thanked her and got no response other than her going right back to her conversation. Twice I went down at night to get laundry tokens and the woman at the desk was in the midst of a conversation both times (once in person and once on her phone) and acted like I was a big inconvenience. Isn't that your job? Next the people at the front desk were frequently clueless or rude. Commission? Also there were basic questions she couldn't answer. She messed up a reservation and recommended a tour that wasn't all she made it out to be. Next the concierge needs some classes or something. I took my shoes off and walked around in my socks briefly before I put on sandals and they were filthy! My guess is they slapped around some dirty mop water. When we walked in the floors were still a bit wet. And believe me you need it! Seriously folks - buy a bigger dehumidifier that can make it through the night! Next - the floors in the unit were disgusting! I know this because we had to wait for our room to be cleaned. SO if you were asleep it woke you up EVERY SINGLE NIGHT if you had it on. It went off (loud high pitch) every 4.5 to 5 hours. They had a dehumidifier in the room that was FAR too small. First I will tell you what needs to be improved upon or changed. I am not going to tell you I didn't have a great time - I did! But that's because we went on several adventures and ate at some amazing places. So I will start by saying that I am a Marriott timeshare owner and went here with some friends who own/belong to something else. ![]()
